    Customer service experience, clear communication, adaptability, professional presentation and evidence that you work well in a team. I teach the exact behaviours that stand out in a selection scenario — the ones we were trained to score.

    It varies. Some candidates report receiving the Golden Call on their first attempt after completing the full programme. Others are invited to the next stage within 2 to 8 weeks of applying the changes.
